FLYTRADR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("FlyTradr", "we", "us", or "our") believes in treating our customers fairly. This policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding cancellations and refunds for FlyTradr subscription plans.

Important: FlyTradr is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell or ship physical goods. All purchases are for access to digital services and platform features.

1. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your FlyTradr subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@flytradr.com.
  • Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the active billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a paid billing period unless a valid refund request is approved (see Section 2).
  • Free trial cancellations take effect immediately with no charge.

2. Refund Eligibility

We consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • Service unavailability: If FlyTradr was inaccessible or materially non-functional for an extended period due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period.
  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a payment processing error, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be issued.
  • Unauthorised charge: If a charge was made to your account without your authorisation, please report it within 15 days of the transaction date.

Refund requests must be raised within 15 days of the charge date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after subscribing and used the platform during the billing period.
  • You forgot to cancel before the renewal date.
  • Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • You experienced trading losses — FlyTradr is a tools platform, not a fund manager. Platform performance does not affect trading outcomes.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@flytradr.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Registered Email]".
  2. Include your account email, the transaction date, the amount charged, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 6–8 business days of approval.

5. Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: If you upgrade mid-cycle, you will be charged a pro-rata amount for the remainder of the billing period at the new plan rate.
  • Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. No refund is issued for the difference in the current period.
