Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies, constitute a binding agreement between FLYTRADR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("FlyTradr", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("you" or "your") and govern your access to and use of the FlyTradr platform and related services (collectively, "Services").

By registering for or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. The Service

FlyTradr provides a no-code algorithmic trading platform that includes the following tools:

• Strategy Builder — build trading strategies without coding
• Backtesting Lab — test strategies against historical market data
• Trading Simulator — replay market sessions at configurable speeds
• Paper Trader — simulate live trading without real capital

The Services are delivered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We do not execute real trades, hold funds, or act as a broker-dealer.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any strategies created, backtests run, or integrations configured.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others. Notify us immediately at support@flytradr.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and included features are described on the Pricing page.
• By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until you cancel.
• All charges are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply as required by applicable law.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding amount is settled.
• Refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.
• Use the Services to circumvent any brokerage rules, exchange regulations, or market manipulation laws.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any data that could harm our systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without prior written consent.
• Share, sell, or sub-license your account access to any third party.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, branding, and technology that forms the FlyTradr platform is the exclusive property of FLYTRADR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. You acquire no ownership rights by using the Services.
• Strategies and configurations you create on FlyTradr remain your intellectual property. By storing them on the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that data solely to provide the Services to you.

6. No Financial or Investment Advice

• FlyTradr is a technology platform only. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or recommendations on any security or instrument.
• Backtesting and simulation results are based on historical data and hypothetical models. They are provided for educational and research purposes only and do not predict future market performance.
• Any strategies built or tested on FlyTradr are created solely by you. We accept no liability for trading decisions or outcomes resulting from their use.
• FlyTradr is neither registered as an Investment Adviser nor a Research Analyst under SEBI regulations.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data displayed on the platform.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyTradr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including trading losses.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Third-Party Integrations & Links

FlyTradr may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., broker APIs, market data providers, payment processors). Your use of any third-party service is governed solely by that party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, reliability, or availability of any third-party service.

9. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion via support@flytradr.com.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
• Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Data deletion is subject to our Privacy Policy retention schedules.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, government actions, internet outages, or exchange downtime.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sarita Vihar, Delhi.
